However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.
1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1 Course Fees: Refunds for course fees are subject to the following conditions:
a) A request for refund must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the course start date.
b) No refund will be provided after 7 days from the course start date.
c) Refunds will not be granted for completed courses or for any sessions attended.
d) Any course materials or resources provided must be returned in their original condition for a refund to be processed.
e) If the coaching classes are terminated by us for any reason, a refund for the remaining classes will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
1.2 Services: Refunds for services, such as tutoring or consulting, are subject to the following conditions:
a) A request for refund must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the service.
b) No refund will be provided after 48 hours from the service delivery.
c) If the service is terminated by us for any reason, a refund for the unused portion of the service will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email or through our designated refund request form. The request should include your name, contact information, course or service details, and the reason for the refund.
2.2 All refund requests will be carefully reviewed by our administration team.
2.3 If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.4 In case of a refund, any discounts, promotions, or offers provided at the time of purchase will be forfeited.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
3.1 Enrollment or registration fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Digital products, such as online course materials, e-books, or downloadable resources, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
3.3 Any costs associated with third-party services, such as payment processing fees or bank charges, are non-refundable.

4.1 If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding a refund request, you may escalate the issue by contacting our customer support team.
4.2 Any disputes or claims arising from refund requests will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
